XMPro’s managing director, Pieter van Schalkwyk, has a passion for process and the ability to transform process management ideas into technology enabled process management solutions.

Pieter holds both a Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Information Technology degree. He is actively involved in the development and implementation of performance management and business process solutions in the UK, Australia, the US and South Africa.  Pieter was the CEO, founder and Chief Architect of FlowCentric in South Africa with customers such as SABMiller Africa and Asia, ABB, Avis, Royal Bank of Scotland, Anglo Platinum to name a few. FlowCentric was twice awarded Microsoft ISV Partner of the Year award in South Africa (2006 & 2009) under his leadership. He has more than 15 years experience in developing innovative software solutions and is leading XMPro product development to create real world solutions to real world process challenges.
