The XMPro Support Center provides support to our direct customers as well as partners. The support services include product support requests; feature requests; general questions; training requests; and general recommendations.

In order for us to provide you with an excellent service we recommend that you follow the following process:

> The XMPro Community Forum should be your first point of call. If not registered please register at http://community.xmpro.com. This   forum hosts a library of Questions posted with resolutions; Release Notes; and Announcements. Questions are grouped per product version to make it easier to find a solution. There is also a technical thread for technical discussions, tips and tricks.

> If you didn’t find a solution to your problem or question on the forum please log a support call. You can make use of any of the options listed below, but the online Support Center will be the most efficient way of obtaining support:

> On-line Support:  If not registered please register at http://www.xmworkspace.com/Support. We will email you a username and password. Please log your problem, question or request with as much detail as possible. We will provide you with a reference number to enable you to track the progress of your call.

> Phone: +61 2 8412 1000 and ask to log a support call. You will be assisted in the process of logging your call on-line.

> Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will contact you and assist you to log your call on-line.

Please ensure that you have the following information available when you log the support call:

> Your name

> Company name

> Project name and site

> Implementation Partner if applicable

> Your contact details including your email address and phone number

> Environment background and any recent changes to the environment

> Error message or explanation of your problem

> Rate the urgency of the problem

> Actions taken to solve the problem

You will receive a support call reference number to enable you to follow up on your request.

After logging your call you will be kept informed online. You can keep track of the progress by using the on-line Support Center. Sign on using your username and password and track the progress. All calls are monitored and escalated as per our Service Levels Standards.
