Recreational Services is New Zealand's leading provider of turf, parks and facilities management. The company provides turf, horticultural and asset management services to councils, schools, golf courses, and public parks and gardens across the country. After considerable growth they underwent a Business Transformation initiative that included the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program as well as the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation. XMPro was selected to support their Business Transformation Initiative to improve their business processes as a key initiative. Crucial business processes were analysed, modelled and rolled-out systematically to ensure that the entire business functioned more efficiently and allowed for continuous process improvement. “Without XMPro we wouldn't be able to make the most of new opportunities that come our way” Keitha Turner, Director.

Central Land Council (CLC) is a Commonwealth Government statutory authority covering the entire southern half of the Northern Territory. They provide a number of services for the benefit of traditional owners under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. They acquired XMPro for specific mission-critical processes that were manual, invisible to all involved, and inefficient. The Vehicle Booking Process in particular provided essential solutions to issues such as employee risk, where employees were being sent to remote locations with limited forms of communication and tracking. The end result of all processes implemented was a composite application reflecting the end-to-end process view.
