XMPro's "Build Once, Use Anywhere" approach enables users to start, route, approve and manage processes from their mobile devices while they are on the go. It uses the exact same process definition as XMPoint, XMOutlook and XMWeb and delivers it to a mobile device such as an iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, Android or Windows Mobile phone.

A manager can, for example, start a new employee recruitment request from XMOutlook, an executive can approve it on a BlackBerry through XMMobile, and HR can process the request through XMPoint (XMPro on Microsoft SharePoint).
