The XMWeb user interface gives users access to the system from anywhere (intranet or Internet) to processes in the organisation. It has the same process functionality as XMPoint and XMOutlook with: > Access to start new processes > A task or To Do list processes requiring certain actions > Ability to track the progress of a specific process with a full audit trail > Ability to search the completed processes archive or audit trail > Ability to measure process performance with dashboard and reporting views > Integration of other business data and applications
The XMWeb front end is customisable with various configurations and skins for different "look and feel" profiles.
XMPro’s Case View combines the history audit trail, dynamic process routing, form and documents associated with the specific transaction (Case File) in one “Case View”. The Case File shows all the documents associated with the process, whether stored in SharePoint or a file based share. Extensive filter and search capabilities make it easy to find documents added to the case file by activity, user or description.
